Four tiers, one card
The ladder borrows the class structure of racing itself: Maiden at the entry point, rising through Group 3 and Group 2 to Group 1 at the top. Every membership runs the racing season, 1 August to 31 July, and is paid once for the year.

Included meetings, and what happens after them
Free admission is capped at each tier. Past the cap you keep your access and pay a reduced member rate, rather than losing the card for the rest of the season.

Feature days are discounted, not included
Cup days and other majors are excluded from free admission at every tier, Group 1 included.
Every reciprocal arrangement in Victorian country racing carves out cup days, and clubs will not give them away. A card that promised free entry to the biggest day of a club’s year would end the conversation with that club before it started.
So we sell those days instead of withholding them. You get a discounted ticket, the club takes a paying admission and keeps control of its biggest revenue day, and the discount deepens as you go up the ladder.
The discount rates below are indicative. The rate at each club is a commercial negotiation and has not been settled.

Why annual, and why the season
Annual, not monthly
A monthly card with free admission invites an obvious move: pay for one month, attend the cup, cancel. Clubs would spot it in week one, and it would poison the partnership channel permanently.
Aligned to the season
Memberships run 1 August to 31 July, the same as the racing season and the same as every club membership you already hold.
No joining fee
One payment for the year. Nothing at the gate on an included day, however often you go.
